Submit Application

Fill out our Truck Driver Application Form. This includes your contact information, driving experience, license details, and endorsements.

Provide Required Documents

Please send copies of the following documents to our hiring team via email at info@acaveinc.com:

1. TXDOT  /  USDOT –  Must provide TX DOT and USDOT number

2. Completed W-9 Form – You can download the form from irs.gov

3. Certificate of Insurance (COI) – Must include general liability, auto liability, and cargo coverage (if applicable). Accords must show Acave Companies Inc. as an additional insured.

4. Direct Deposit – If required please send a copy of a voided check.

Orientation & Safety Review

Once approved, you’ll be scheduled for a short orientation session covering company policies, safety procedures, and dispatch processes.

Start Driving

After orientation and final approval, you’ll receive your first assignment and be added to our regular dispatch schedule.
